1. Introduction
Agentlify ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI model routing service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
What we collect:
- Email address (from Google OAuth or direct login)
- Display name (from Google profile)
- Firebase User ID (unique identifier)
Legal basis: Contract performance, legitimate interests
2.2 Usage Data & Training
Metadata we collect:
- Timestamp, model selected, token counts, latency, cost
- Success/failure status, router ID used
- Dashboard activity (page views, feature usage)
API Content (for training):
- ✅ API request content (prompts, messages) - stored 5 minutes
- ✅ API response content (completions, text) - stored 5 minutes
- ✅ After 5 minutes: Used to train routing optimization models
- ✅ Opt-out available: email privacy@agentlify.co
What we DON'T collect:
- ❌ IP addresses (not logged or stored)
2.3 Agent Execution Data
When you use Agentlify Agents, we collect and store execution data to provide full observability into your agent runs:
- Execution ID, agent ID, agent name, and timestamp
- Step-by-step execution details: step name, model used, token counts, cost, and latency per step
- Input messages and final output (stored for your debugging and inspection)
- Execution status (completed, failed, timeout)
- Tool/skill invocations and their results
Purpose: This data is stored so you can debug, inspect, and replay agent executions. You can view run timelines, export runs as JSON/CSV, and delete runs at any time from your dashboard.
Legal basis: Contract performance, legitimate interests (providing the service you requested)
2.4 Payment Information
- Processed securely by Stripe
- We do NOT store full credit card numbers or CVV codes
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: Authenticate requests, route to AI providers, calculate billing
- Billing: Process payments, generate invoices, tax compliance
- Analytics: Service optimization, performance monitoring (aggregated data only)
- Communication: Service notifications, support responses
4. Data Sharing
4.1 AI Model Providers
We share your API requests with:
- OpenAI (privacy policy)
- Anthropic (privacy policy)
- Google AI (privacy policy)
- OpenRouter (privacy policy)
Important: Each provider has their own data policies. We recommend reviewing them.
4.2 Service Providers
- Firebase/Google Cloud: Hosting, database, authentication
- Stripe: Payment processing
5. Data Security

8. Training Data Clarification
We DO use your data to train routing models

- ✅ After 5 minutes: Used to train routing optimization models
- ✅ We train: Routing intelligence, cost optimization, performance prediction
- ❌ We DON'T train: General-purpose AI models (like GPT/Claude)
- ❌ We DON'T sell or share training data with third parties
Opt-out: Email privacy@agentlify.co to opt out. Note: May affect routing quality.
AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. have their own training policies. Check with each provider.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
We do NOT sell your personal information.
California residents have rights to:
- Know what data is collected
- Delete personal information
- Opt-out of sale (N/A - we don' sell data)
- Non-discrimination for exercising rights
10. Children's Privacy
Agentlify is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
- Updates notified via email or dashboard
- 30-day notice for material changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
